How it Works

Myers jewellers offers a bespoke jewellery service. This is a type of jewellery that is custom-designed and made to order for our customers. It is created according to the customer’s individual preferences, style, and needs, and can be a one-of-a-kind piece of jewellery.

Bespoke jewellery can be a great choice for those who want a unique, one-of-a-kind piece of jewellery that reflects their individual style and personality. It also makes for a great gift for special occasions such as weddings, anniversaries, and birthdays.

The process of our bespoke jewellery service is as follows: –

Step One - Consultation

The process typically starts with a consultation between the customer and our jeweller. The consultation involves discussing the customer’s design ideas, materials, budget, and timeline. The jeweller then creates a sketch or a computer-aided design (CAD) of the proposed piece, which is reviewed and modified until the customer is satisfied.

Step Two - Design

Once the design is finalized, our jeweller then creates a 3D realistic design or a wax model of the piece, which allows the customer to see or feel the piece before it is completed. If any further modifications are required, they can be made at this stage.

Step Three - Production

Once your design is approved, our jeweller then creates the final piece of jewellery using high-quality materials such as precious metals, gemstones, and diamonds. The process usually takes between one to seven weeks depending on the complexity of the design.

Step Four - Collection

Following your jewellery’s final inspection and quality check, you will be notified that your piece is ready for collection at our workshop. Before leaving our hands, you are able to view your piece, where it will be lovingly gift wrapped in our luxury or discreet packaging.
